REFUND POLICY

Booking and Payment

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of [$200] is required.

  • Full payment is due [1] day prior to your event.

  • Payments can be made through Paypal, credit cards, cashapp, venmo.

  • Additional time or services requested at the event may incur extra charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • If the Client cancels more than [14] days before the event, the deposit will be returned.

  • If the Client cancels within [14] days of the event, they will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance.

  • If the Client cancels within [5] days of the event, the full rental fee is due.

  • If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the Client.

  • In the case of an event postponement, the Company will work with the Client to reschedule, subject to availability.
