Welcome to MN360 Moments! By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to MN360 Moments.
"You," "Your" refers to the customer or user of our services.
"Services" includes our 360 photo booth, iPad selfie booth, and any related offerings.

If the Client cancels more than [14] days before the event, the deposit will be returned.
If the Client cancels within [14] days of the event, they will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance.
If the Client cancels within [5] days of the event, the full rental fee is due.
If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the Client.
In the case of an event postponement, the Company will work with the Client to reschedule, subject to availability.

Adequate space and power supply must be provided for our booths.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue meets all necessary requirements.
Our team reserves the right to refuse setup if the environment is deemed unsafe.

By using our services, you consent to MN360 Moments capturing photos and videos during your event.
We may use this media for promotional purposes unless you opt-out in writing before your event.

MN360 Moments is not liable for any injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of our equipment.
The customer assumes responsibility for any damage caused to our equipment during the event.

While we ensure our equipment is in excellent working condition, unforeseen technical issues may occur.
In the event of a malfunction, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it or provide a suitable alternative.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
