Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels more than [14] days before the event, the deposit will be returned. If the Client cancels within [14] days of the event, they will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance. If the Client cancels within [5] days of the event, the full rental fee is due. If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the Client. In the case of an event postponement, the Company will work with the Client to reschedule, subject to availability. ​
